Phillip Devantier

Phillip Devantier comes to Bremen Theater with his new comedy show!

In the spring of 2027, you can experience Phillip Devantier at the Bremen Theater with his new comedy show Daydreams - A personal and imaginative one man show about getting to grips with a life that will not be managed.

With a fresh ADHD diagnosis, a baby on his arm and a house he still doesn't quite understand he's old enough to own, Phillip tries to make everyday life make just roughly sense. Meanwhile, his brain is constantly spinning off on new daydream adventures, which he unfolds before the audience in his warm, sharp and exuberant way.

Daydreams are a mixture of frank observations and sharp jokes about being a father, an adult and at the same time totally seduced by his own fantasies. It's a show for anyone who has ever lost focus -- and instead found a narrative.

As Phillip himself says, “If you've already reread this text a few times to keep the thread going: Welcome to my world.”

For more than 10 years, Phillip Devantier has distinguished himself as one of Denmark's most relatable and energetic comedians. He really broke through in 2018 when he won the DM in stand-up, and since then he has performed at Grin til Gavn, Tinderbox, Bakken and many comedy clubs in the country. His oneman shows A Real Man and Grinebidder have both been shown on TV several times and cemented his talent for combining high tempo with down-to-earth humour.
