Pia Callesen Comes to Bremen Theater With Her Lecture Amid A Time of Worry

For the undiagnosed: An evening for you who is “perfectly normal.”

Do you worry — perhaps a little too much — about everything from electricity bills to world peace? You're not alone. In fact, most of us worry and worry — even without a diagnosis. An Epinion survey shows that 80% of Danes are concerned about world peace, and almost as many worry more now than a year ago.

But what if it's not the mind that should hold the power -- but you?

In her new, entertaining talk, psychologist and bestselling author Pia Callesen shares a simple and lifelike method for dealing with thoughts and worries. With humor, warmth and recognizable examples, she shows how you can get rid of thoughts, get peace of mind and more energy for what really matters.

In short: Get smarter -- and have a good laugh.

Over 40,000 people have already experienced Pia Callesen's first lecture Live More Think Less. Don't miss her new talk in the middle of a time of worry when she visits the Bremen Theater on November 24, 2026.
