The root of love

A stage performance based on satirical scenes from the series “Marriage Tragedies” by Stefania Grodzienska and songs referring to marriage themes, male-female relationships in a comedy convention, or, if you prefer, joking, but also more serious about love, betrayal, longing and passion. In a word, a story about a woman and a man in a relationship or apart, about loneliness despite the appearance of a happy life.

Marriage stories on the stage are very popular with the audience - Bergman's “Scenes from Married Life” or Schmit's “Little Marriage Crimes”. Viewers find in them their own or familiar experiences, the similarity of events, vicissitudes, familiar plots and often even the same sentences. They identify with and cheer for the heroes, and in a touch or in a smile they find peace, understanding and respite. It is, of course, primarily about entertainment, but with a little added value.

Songs by Tuwim, Gałczyński, Hemar, Kofta or Wysocki guarantee the highest literary level, because we are talking about a literary song, which forms the basis for acting interpretation. Live accompaniment from the stage.

Eine Auffuehrung, die auf die satirischen Szenen aus der Serie “Ehetragoedien” (“Tragedie eńskie”) von Stefania Grodzieńska und Lieder basiert, die sich nicht nur auf Ehetheme, Mann-Frau-Beziehungen in komoediantischen oder, wenn Sie es vorziehen, humorvollen Form beziehungen Sondern, sondern auf ernstere Themen ueber Liebe, Verrat, Sehnsucht und Leidenschaft. Kurz gesagt, es ist eine Geschichte ueber eine Frau und einen Mann in einer Beziehungen oder getrennt, ueber Einsamkeit trotz des Anscheins eines gluecklichen Lebens. Die Ehegeschichten auf der Buehne erfreuen sich beim Publikum frosser Beliebtheit — wie zum Beispiel “Szenen einer Ehe” von Bergman oder “Kleine Eheverbrechen” (Small Marriage Crimes) von Schmitt. Die Zuschauer erkenne ihre eigenen oder die Erfahrungen ihrer Freunde wieder, die Aehnlichkeiten der Ereignisse, vertraute Themen und oft sogar die selben Saetze. Sie identifizieren sich mit den Figuren und finden in Momenten der Emotion oder des Laechelns Frieden, Verstaendnis und Erleichterung. Natuerlich ist das Hauptziel Unterhaltung, aber mit einem Ahuch von Mehrwert.
