Each of the parts of the performance develops as a separate piece, in which word, movement and music interpenetrate each other. A special role is played by music, which actively co-creates stage events, influencing the relationships between the characters and the dynamics of the whole performance.

&# #x1f3c6; The show has gained wide recognition internationally. During the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, it was awarded three major accolades: the Fringe First, the Herald Archangel and the Musical Theatre Matters Award. In addition, it took 1st place in the ranking of “The List” among all the theater performances presented there.

The Song of the Goat Theater has been recognized for years as one of the most expressive ensembles of the contemporary Polish theater scene. He develops his own artistic language based on the so-called coordination technique, which combines work with body, voice and text into a single, coherent structure. Each realization is created as a result of long-term research and experiments, which gives it an individual character.

Critics describe it as a moment when “emotions come from the banks and flood the fields of expression of spoken language.”

The Song of the Goat Theater has performed in the USA, Chile, China, Colombia, Spain, Italy, Georgia, among others.

In the USA, he has performed 10 times, on stages in Chicago (Chicago Shakespeare Theater), Maryland, Washington and New York (as part of the Brooklyn Academy of Music's Next Wave Festival).
Charles Dance, the famous English Shakespearean actor, also known for his role as Lord Tywin Lannister in the TV series “Game of Thrones”, said after the performance in Washington, DC — “This is the most modern acting work I've seen in decades.”

“Lear's Songs” has garnered rave reviews in the New York Times, the New York Theater Guide and the Washington Post, among others.

“I've never heard anything better,” said the reviewer of Around The Town Chicago.
“Essentially, we're looking at the inner emotional lives of an experienced group of highly skilled actors. Each picture requires them to totally subordinate their acting individuality,” the Chicago Tribune critic wrote.

The director of the play is Grzegorz Bral — creator and artistic director of the Song of the Goat Theater, who has consistently developed his own method of acting work for years and cooperates with artists from different parts of the world.
