Floor above

Two apartments, two conflicting neighbors and a mistake that will turn their world upside down!

Hipolit Pączek, the owner of a Warsaw tenement house, has been at war for years with Henryk, who lives a floor above — a young, handsome radio announcer. Everything changes when Lodzia, Hippolyte's niece, arrives in town. However, by chance, she ends up in Henry's apartment, who takes her for a mysterious stranger.

When the truth comes to light, Lodzia disappears, and Henry, enchanted by her, sets off on a frantic search. Will love prove stronger than neighbor's dislike? And how long can you hide the truth when another funny misunderstanding awaits at every turn?

A comedy full of humor, charm and romantic adventures with the participation of the greatest stars of pre-war cinema — Józef Orwid, Helena Grossówna and Eugeniusz Bodo. A classic that I want to return to!
