Piotr “Jaszczur” Śnieguła — concert as part of the 43rd National Confrontation of Youth Theaters

Honest, naive and absurd stunt poetry in a musical edition! On October 23, we invite you to MSK: Chojny for a concert by Piotr “Jaszczur” Śnieguła, which will end the first day of the 43rd National Confrontation of Youth Theatres — FULL KONTAKT. Admission to the event is free.

Piotr “Jaszczur” Śnieguła's concert is a musical encounter with author's songs, in which lyricism and naive poetry collide with simple rhymes, absurdity, irony and blunt language. All without excessive seriousness, but straight from the heart and with a great need to catch distance from reality.

The artist's repertoire includes works created at different stages of his life — from middle school and high school to compositions written quite recently. They are united by sincerity, unpretentiousness and a characteristic look at a world in which emotion meets joke, and poeticism with everyday absurdity.

The artist himself describes his work as “sincere, naive, absurd stunt poetry”. His songs do not try to be polite or overly serious - sometimes they entertain, sometimes surprise, and sometimes allow us to look at the surrounding reality from a completely different perspective.

The concert will take place as part of the 43rd National Confrontation of Youth Theaters, which this year will be held under the slogan FULL KONTAKT. The festival is a meeting place for young theatre artists from all over Poland, exchange of experiences, artistic research and open dialogue. The evening concert will be an opportunity to end the first day of the Confrontation together — with music, words, humor and a little distance to these insanely serious times.

We invite both the participants of the festival and all interested to the concert. Admission is free!
