Experience deep writing straight from your body and emotions. Meet your experiences by creating in a wide variety of literary forms. Take advantage of the safe atmosphere and immerse yourself in the element of feelings and creation.
Our workshop is for people who like to write and want to express important personal experiences in this way. We will start writing by focusing on the sensations in the body. We will start by listening, expressing and describing vibrations, movements, emotions that happen to be available to us. From feelings and experiences we will head to the lyrics, and from the texts back to personal insights and what is at play in the body.
It will be safe, unhurried and “affectionate”.

Tomek Gromadka — writing teacher, animator, writer and psychotherapist. The creator of the author's method of writing in a group, based on inspirations, exercises and form. His texts have been published, among others, in “Dialogue”, “Vacate”, “Dvutygodnik”, “Dziennik Odzień”, “Nowy Obywatel”, “Visije” and “Tlena Literacki”. He is the author of two books — poetic and prose — as well as numerous dramas and theatrical scripts. Gestalt psychotherapist in training.

Janka Hniedziewicz — psychotherapist, psychologist and poet. She works in the humanistic and integrative current. She graduated in Clinical Psychology from SWPS and the INTRA School of Psychotherapy. He works individually with adults. She ran support groups for people with depression. She published in the magazine “Strona Czynna”.
