Planta Industrial - Berlin - Urban Spree

Planta Industrial is an uncompromising, cross-genre project from the Bronx, which is backed by the two Dominican artists Saso and Aka The Darknight. In their music, post-punk, dark wave, electronic sounds, pop and rap meet and form a sound that defies classical genre boundaries. With their project Punk Wave Sin Barreras, Planta Industrial already makes it clear what they are about: breaking down musical boundaries. The duo gained international attention for their performances of “Oi” and “Anormales” at ColorsxStudios, among others. “Teteo in the Bronx” also premiered on Zane Lowe's Apple Music 1 show. On October 16, 2026, Punk Wave Sin Barrera's Volume 2: Cutting Corner is now the duo's new album, on which Planta Industrial consistently develops their uncompromising, cross-genre sound. Deeply rooted in Afro-Caribbean culture, the duo combines these influences with the energy and musical diversity of the Bronx. In terms of sound, anything is possible: punk drums meet breakbeats, synthesizers and drum machines. Her energetic, dark sound world includes influences from My Chemical Romance, System of a Down and Linkin Park as well as from hip hop greats such as Big Pun. What makes Planta Industrial special is not just these references, but the self-evident way in which all these musical worlds exist side by side without compromise. On December 6, 2026, the duo brings this sound to Germany for the first time and celebrates its German premiere in Berlin's Urban Spree.
