Why do we have difficult emotions?

Meeting for parents and children entitled Why do we have difficult emotions? will be an opportunity to deepen the relationship with the child and start a conversation with him on topics for which there may not be time or the right opportunity on a daily basis.

We will find out what emotions arise in people, how to recognize them and what tasks they have. We will learn different ways to deal with the less pleasant ones... Or better said: taking care of them. Maybe we can even talk to them?

Part of the talks and exercises will take place in the group forum, and part between the parent (s) and the child (s).

We invite parents with children in the age groups 4-9 years and 7-12 years. For siblings with an age difference, we encourage you to attend classes for any age group.
