In the footsteps of the legend of the Forum Hotel — a guided tour for parents as part of the Museum from the Cradle

Reinforced concrete dominator of the landscape of Ludwinov. This is how you can describe Hotel Forum, one of the most emblematic examples of Brutalist architecture in Krakow. During the tour we will trace together its history and place on the map of the city. We will start the journey with a story about travel and hospitality in 19th century Krakow hotels, and then move on to the heyday of the Forum. We will look at the preserved furniture, uniforms, elements of hotel equipment, look into the nightclub and discover the famous mosaic. However, the most important thing is people. It is their memories, private archives and experiences that make up the story that makes up this exhibition. The youngest visitors will be accompanied by a hotel boy.
