During a leisurely walk, adapted to the needs of the youngest participants, we will look together at the Podgórze area, which to this day bears traces of the dramatic events of the Second World War. We will talk about how the place changed, where the Krakow ghetto was located during the war, who its inhabitants were and how modern Krakowians cherish the memory of them. The walk will be an opportunity to learn the history recorded in the urban space, to reflect on memory and to stop for a moment in places that we usually pass in a hurry.
Conducted by: Alicja Osiońska (Krakow Museum)
