In the museum we can see works of various sizes. Some are tiny like miniatures, others really big, like the painting Battle of Grunwald. Will we be able to find a work of our greatness during our journey together? We will talk about what determines the size of the work, how long it takes to make it and what or who decides its size.

FEEL ART ON THE MOVE — workshops for 4-6 year olds and carers
Taste, touch, move, guess — during these workshops art will be experienced by all the senses. We invite children from 4 to 6 years old together with their guardians for new activities, during which we will go on a journey through the museum galleries together. During the workshop we will look at selected works of art and listen to their stories. Simple movement tasks, games with sound, gesture and imagination will help the youngest to better understand the forms, colors and moods present in paintings, sculptures or applied art.
The workshops are designed for the joint participation of children and adults — as an opportunity to calmly, mindfully be together in the museum and build positive experiences with art.
