(Marilyn and Me — PETER QUILTER)
Every family has secrets that can turn life upside down!
Imagine a hot weekend in the country: an old, slightly overgrown house, a wild orchard full of apples, a pool that remembers better times... and the return of adult children to their family diapers. Sounds idyllic? Oh, not so fast! Everyone here has their quirks, and the biggest of them is... love. Is it possible to come to terms with the past without losing touch with reality? Is imagination an escape or a rescue? And are you sure everyone sees the same thing?
Meet: Harry — a father who talks to Marilyn Monroe every day, Scott — a son with eternal clumsy child syndrome, Amy — a daughter with a temper tougher than the best blender, and Max — a boy who philosophizes about life... but fears spiders more than his own thoughts!
In this comedy there will be no shortage of family quips, quarrels over canned carrots and questions about why sometimes it is better not to look into the cabinet under the sink. And when does Marilyn step into the action — an icon, a ghost or just a fantasy? — everything comes to a head, and reality mixes with imagination!
