Let's talk about culture

The 105 Culture Centre in Koszalin and the Museum in Koszalin are preparing an application for co-financing the project entitled “Koszalin-Przystanek Kultura. Legacy in Action 1945-2035”. It is a comprehensive infrastructure-social undertaking. The application will be submitted in a call under the EEA Financial Mechanism 2021-2028, “Culture” Programme, Action 1 “Revitalisation and sustainable management of cultural heritage with the active participation of the local community”.

The main goal of the project is to revitalize the CK105 building, revitalize its space and create a modern center of social and artistic dialogue. The infrastructural part of the project focuses on deep energy modernization and interior design of CK105, including thermal modernization of the building, revitalization of the exhibition space, creation of the Youth and Film Festival Museum, adaptation of the social café, innovative multimedia facilities and digital creative spaces.

Part of the project will be soft activities to respond to the needs of the local community, identified during the public consultation. The programme offer will be based on three pillars: innovative education and workshops, artistic events and concerts, exhibitions and dialogue with history.

To start the consultation, an open meeting is scheduled to take place on Friday 23 October at 17.00 in the Amfiteatr Gallery.
