The show is recommended for viewers from the age of 18. In the performance appear: profanity, scenes of nudity, smoke generator, interaction with the audience. The play deals with the theme: violence (including sexual violence), death (including the death of a child).
The play “Stream. Exercises from the community” tells the story of Maria Wojdan, a single mother of four illegitimate children from the village of Potok near Opatow, condemned to social exclusion, poverty and contempt. The show brings together folk beliefs, superstitions, rituals, including the dream of being invisible, showing the culture of the Holy Cross as the background and protagonist of the events.
This is the next, after “Tsaritsa Catherine” and “Rasputin”, the work of the esteemed and award-winning duo Jolanta Janiczak/Wiktor Rubin on the Kielce stage.
The screening of the play on October 11 takes place as part of the 8th Kielce International Theatre Festival.
