Beyond pace and rhythm/role of storyboard

How do tempo and rhythm affect the perception of animation? Why is audio one of the most important narrative building tools in animated film? During Prof. Jacek Adamczak's lecture, we will look at the elements that give animation dynamics and help guide the audience's attention.

The second part of the meeting will be devoted to storyboarding, which is one of the key stages of preparing an animated film. Participants will learn about his role in planning sequences, building narratives and visualizing ideas even before production begins.

This is a meeting for all people interested in the process of creation of animation, both from the artistic and practical side.

The event is part of the Animation Forge. The lecture is aimed at people over 16 years of age interested in the art of animation, students of artistic disciplines, novice creators and all those who want to develop their creative and technological competences.
