“POSITIVE” is a crazy story about tolerance, acceptance and the search for happiness in a stellar cast. Grażyna Wolszczak, Olga Bołądz/Hanna Konarowska, Janusz Chabior, Łukasz Simlat and director: Krzysztof Czeczot and author of the play Cezary Harasimowicz invite you to the tragicomic therapy session.
“POZITIVNI” is a cult performance already loved by the audience, which will enter the permanent repertoire of the newly founded Warsaw theater GARNIZON SZTUKI from September. The production of the show is the GARNIZON SZTUKI Foundation.
It will be funny, it will be touching...
The thing takes place in the therapy office.
Ewa is an outstanding psychotherapist. Beautiful, rich, appreciative, she has a happy family, a successful life, and it seems that everything is beautiful and perfect. We meet her patients: MICHAŁ — a gay farmer from Mława; ANNA — an aristocrat who discovers her — by no means non-aristocratic! — the roots and JANA, a husband and father of two children, who has long felt like a woman. What will be the outcome of a series of therapy sessions? Let it remain a secret.
Cezary Harasimowicz's #Pozytywni is a story that touches our greatest traumas and fears in an accessible, sometimes even funny way, that deals with stereotypes, and — what is worth emphasizing — allows the viewer to immerse themselves in our performance, because the problems we tell about really affect each of us — says Krzysztof Czeczot, art director.
