Mosaic workshop — ceramic workshops

If you like to work manually and are happy when a coherent whole emerges from the chaos, then Mosaic Studio is for you! Once a month in our ceramic studio, instead of clay and glazes, tiles, glues and tools appear on the tables, from which colorful paintings are created.

Tickets at the price of PLN 100 can be purchased on the MOK website or at the ticket offices during their opening hours. It is not possible to purchase a ticket at the IOC secretariat on the day of the event.

During classes in the Mosaic Studio you will learn the basic tools and methods of cutting and laying ceramic tiles. From the colored tiles you will create your own composition, ready to hang or put. Prepare the pattern you want to compose before class, or let yourself be carried away by creative energy in the studio. You can also use our simple templates — the decision is yours.

We provide tools and materials, including tiles in a dozen colors, finished works are also grouted at the end of classes. At the disposal of the participants are prepared bases for works - MDF boards in formats 20×20 cm 25×25 cm and 30×30 cm, and round ones — with a diameter of 20 and 30 cm. Patterns printed at home can be transferred to primers in the studio using technical tracing paper.

Due to the materials and tools used during the workshops, we invite adults and young people over 15 years old, younger ones — 12-15 years old — can participate in the workshop together with a tutor (for each person you need to buy a separate ticket).
