Prince Charming is not coming today

A truly mendacious love story.

You know the fairy tale of the one and the prince on the white horse. But what if he never shows up? What if the frog you kiss never becomes a prince?

The theatre company What Now gives it gas in a physical performance about the search for love. Prince Charming's Not Coming Today is both honest and mendacious, funny and grotesque - an examination of the longing, the doubt and the choices that shape a life.

“WHAT NOW bites over a big romp by making basically banal love experiences balance between comic and pain, thus challenging and reversing the Hollywood stereotype of an emotion that has so infinitely many other forms of expression.”
