Cuddling - in addition to being pleasant for us - brings many more benefits than we think. Cuddling is our superpower, which is not reserved only for children. It makes us calm, has a beneficial effect on our mood, reduces the feeling of anxiety, relaxes muscles, relieves pain, adds energy or regulates breathing.

It is a performance without words, a story told using the bodies of two actors, artistic forms, author's music, built of unhurried movement structures that allow the youngest audience to fully experience the theatrical experience and develop the bond between the child and the adult close to him.
