R. R. Falkowski | De Profundis — Life and Heaven and Selected Works

The Polish-Canadian painter presents his oil painting for the first time in Poland. The artist tries to look at human (and animal) existence from a further perspective, the perspective of being and non-being, abyss and existence. The collection contains a whole range of works apart from the titular triptych “De Profundis”. Painting is a way to convey thoughts and emotions that are difficult to express in words. In the paintings there is a lot of experimentation and search, a constant search for the meaning of the work itself. The exhibition is a summary of the artist's previous creative achievements.
