Are you depressed by the autumn aura? Looking forward to entering the next college semester? Holiday memories covered by a list of next deadlines? Take a break for a moment and let yourself be carried away by the trance sounds!

Everyone who needs an October springboard — we invite you to the morning party, during which we will experience everything we love a good rave for: music, movement, rhythm, trance, but (!) consciously, without stimulants, dawn at night and a difficult morning!

RaveRanek is an event open to everyone — regardless of age, dance experience or musical taste! We create a safe space for motor expression and energetic fun!

Together with Dorota Baranowska (dancer, choreographer, performer whose mission lies at the intersection of artistic and socially engaged activities) we will enter the process of conscious movement trance to the rhythm of a non-techno-normative DJ Kobiety set!

Man is made to move to the rhythm of music. He doesn't need any helpers to do that, he has that movement in him — buried under a layer of culturally imposed shame, awkwardness, and tension in his body. RaveRanek is a safe space during which we will be able to recover our traffic and start the festival Saturday energetically!

We will start with a movement introduction, during which, together with Dorota, we will explore body weight, rhythm, flow and repeatability of movement. It is an invitation to let go, awaken your senses and enter a dance trance at your own pace.

The second hour is just music and you. You can dance, flow with the rhythm, lose yourself in motion or just be. All the rest will be taken care of by a female DJ who will take us on a morning energizing sound journey.

Attention! During the event, the bar will be closed — participants will have free access to water.

The author of the visual setting of the event is Magdalena Płońska.

The program also includes:

— BOK gadget fair

— henna tattooing by Katka Mystkowska

He regularly collaborates with the Association for the Hearing Aid “MiG” and the “Opportunity — We Are Together” Foundation. She is the winner of numerous awards and awards, which reflect her dual mission — artistic and social.
