At the center of the band is singer and guitarist Johnny Borrell, who founded Razorlight in 2002. Together with bassist Carl Dalemo, guitarist Bjön Ågren and drummer Shïan Smith-Pancorvo, the band quickly made a name for themselves on the London underground scene. Her debut album” Up All Night “, released in 2004, immediately reached third place in the British album charts. The pressure finally became too great for Smith-Pancorvo, and his successor on drums was Andy Burrows. Razorlight created perhaps their best works in this line-up: The creative collaboration between Borrell and Burrows was often turbulent, but always characterized by brilliant magic. Her second album” Razorlight “broke all records in 2006: number one in the charts, several nominations for the BRIT Awards and five-time platinum status. razorlightofficial.com
