Under Spain's scorching sun, Don José casts his eye on the proud and independent Carmen. She warns him not to fall in love with her, but he is hopelessly obsessed with her. Damiano Michieletto's red-hot production returns to the stage and puts lust, violence and destructive desire under the lens of Bizet's timelessly popular opera. A true star ensemble heats up in this drama — Ginger Costa-Jackson plays the fiery title role, Russell Thomas plays the jealous and desperate Don José.
