Renata Przemyk returns to Brześć Kujawski with the concert “Baba Zesłał Boga”. Concert as part of the events on the occasion of the 5th anniversary of the Brest Centre for Culture and History “WAHADŁO”.

Renata Przemyk began singing as a teenager with local rock bands, though she didn't really discover the vocation until college, inspired by Tom Waits, Talking Heads, Nina Hagen and Frank Zappa. As a result of this inspiration, the band “Ya Hozna” was formed at the end of 1989 and the album of the same name, however, the activity of this avant-garde band ceased after a year and Renata began a solo career.
Most of her albums have been awarded gold status for the sale of more than 50,000 of each title, they have been nominated and awarded many times, mostly for artistic individuality. Despite the artist's not-so-commercial appeal, they received flattering reviews from audiences, music critics and the phonograph industry (Frederick).

It is difficult to define the musical work of Renata Przemyk — there is rock, moving lyrics, ethnic elements, sometimes a strong rhythm section, sometimes a dynamic voice with only bass, but also irony and a white voice — everything that can be needed at a given moment to express current emotions. There are no boundaries in music. The artist herself calls what she does an eternal search for sounds, emotions and atmospheres unlike anything before. Hence, probably each subsequent album is diametrically different from the previous one, although on each one invariably appears an accordion, an instrument for which she has an obvious weakness, regardless of the fashions and her characteristic voice.

The concert “Baba has been sent by God” is not only an opportunity to listen to well-known and beloved songs such as “Love me like a madman”, “Kochana” or “Because if it should be so”, but also to discover lesser-known gems that move you to the depths. The artist, thanks to her charisma and unusual voice, is able to establish a unique contact with the audience, creating an unforgettable atmosphere. Renata Przemyk's concerts are a true celebration of music that remains in memory long after their completion.
