Ritual of Lamentation: SYMBOLIC ASHUR DEATHSTORM (SZCZECIN CHAPTER)

Symbolical is a death metal band from Tomaszów Mazowiecki, formed on the initiative of Karol Goździk. The band has consistently built their own musical universe for years, combining a heavy, uncompromising sound with a dark, philosophical and apocalyptic narrative.

Symbolical's work is based on an extensive concept, in which subsequent albums and releases create a coherent, multidimensional story inspired, among others, by the mythology of William Blake, the themes of chaos, collapse, spiritual enslavement and the struggle for the remains of humanity.

The band has numerous concerts played in Poland and several studio releases, and its music combines the brutality of death metal with atmosphere, theatricality and an expressive conceptual layer.

The concert in Szczecin will take place as part of the Lament Tour — a tour promoting the upcoming album “Lament”, which will be released after the holidays. The new material marks the next chapter in Symbolical's history and expands the band's vision to date in an even darker, more intense and monumental direction.

The composition of Symbolical is:
Cymer - Vocal & Guitar
Lukas - Bas
???? - Guitarra
Daray - Drums
Clawdia - Vocals & Screams

ASHUR — Music that awakens the gods
From the depths of Łódź, a city with a steel heart and an industrial pulse, emerges ASHUR — a formation that combines heavy sound with the mythological power of ancient civilizations. The ensemble was created from the vision of Krzysztof “Sunrise” Świciak, who was inspired by the myths of Mesopotamia, the spirituality of Assyria and ancient stories written in stone and blood.
The band was joined by Grzegorz “Cromu” Krom and Jacek “Jaca” Rybak, and soon Mariusz “Mario” Kuszewski. ASHUR recorded his debut album ASSURBANIPAL — six monumental pieces that are a musical reconstruction of the story about King Ashurbanipal, the Assyrians, the Sumerians and their gods. The album was released digitally on March 8, 2024, and physically on May 25, 2024, completely independently, by its own release.
After the premiere, Mario joined the band permanently, reinforcing the rhythmic foundation of ASHUR. The beginning of 2025 brought another step — entering the studio and starting the recording of the second album PUZUR, inspired by the myths of Sumer and Akad. During the session, vocals were recorded by Marcin “Czyżol” Czyżewski, who joined the lineup as the second vocalist, opening a new chapter in the band's sound. In autumn 2025, ASHUR will be joined by drummer Przemysław Merec, who has introduced a new dynamic and element to music.

DEATHSTORM
comes from the western tip of Poland, from Gubin. They are a band that has consistently remained faithful to the uncompromising, dark side of death metal since 2009.

DEATHSTORM's music is heavy, aggressive riffs, a powerful rhythm section, brutal vocals and a distinctive underground vibe. The ensemble does not shy away from dark and uncompromising stylistics, and in the textual layer it moves around themes related, among others, to the philosophy of religion, spirituality, symbolism and the dark aspects of human nature.

The band has, among others, the demo “Storm of Death”, the albums “Nechesh” and “The Unfathomable”, as well as the latest release “The Highest Predator” from 2026.

DEATHSTORM shared the stage with bands such as Vader, Hate, Trauma, Christ Agony, Lost Soul, Master, Purgatory and Supreme Lord, performing both in Poland and abroad.

This is not music for casual listeners.
It's death metal — raw, heavy and uncompromising.

DEATHSTORM is made up of:
Mysth — vocals & bass
Góral — guitars
Jacek — guitars
Cuba — drums

The band remains active and consistently develops its vision of death metal, combining the experience gained over the years on stage with the energy of the latest recordings.
