“LET'S DO OUR THING!” — songs by Wojciech Młynarski

On October 11, 2026, the Siemiatycki Cultural Center invites you to a unique concert dedicated to the work of Wojciech Młynarski — one of the most outstanding Polish songwriters.

Mateusz Deskiewicz, soloist of the Music Theatre in Gdynia, will take the audience on a musical journey through the work of Wojciech Młynarski, full of humour, reflection and timeless observations.

During the concert, we will hear well-known and beloved songs, including “Róbmy”, “Absolutely”, “Still in the Green Grams”, “Fruwa tua marynara”, “Be my inspiration” and “We are on holidays”. There will also be satirical texts characteristic of Młynarski — full of humor, perversity and accurate insights.

The songs will sound in new arrangements performed by a jazz quartet under the direction of Ignacy Wiśniewski.

It will be an evening combining music, cabaret humor, nostalgia and timeless lyrics that, despite the passing of the years, still remain relevant and close to the next generations of listeners.
