Rocking

Strong sounds are coming — Podlaski Institute of Culture invites you to ROCKÓWANY 2026.

Podlaski Institute of Culture in Białystok once again organized ROCKÓWANY, which is the largest review of amateur rock bands in our region. This event is aimed at all rock music enthusiasts, for whom rock - in a very broad sense - is a way to express themselves, their emotions, rebellion and views.

The Podlaski Institute of Culture invited amateur bands from Podlaskie voivodship, not bound by a record contract or other publishing contract, to participate in the ROCKOWANIE Podlaski.

In order to participate in the review, the bands had to submit a completed and signed application form by all members along with the described recording files of at least three compositions — including two of their own and one mp3 cover — and one video file depicting the band and containing the recording of the song for the so-called hundred.

Documents and recordings had to be sent by September 15, 2026 by e-mail to the following address: rockowania@pikpodlaskie.pl. Teams qualified for the semifinals have been notified by September 22, 2026.

Now it's time for the next stage of ROCKOWANY 2026 — semi-final concerts, during which the participants will present themselves to the audience and the jury.
