Winiary Bookings, PolskaFew artists can captivate the audience with just two acoustic guitars. Rodrigo y Gabriela will return to Poland with a new album and will perform on April 20 in Warsaw's Progresja and a day later in Wrocław's Zakłęty Rewiry.
About the event
Rodrigo and Gabriela are masters of flamenco fusion with inspirations drawn from rock and heavy metal. The duo from Mexico City set sail twenty years ago with the album “Rodrigo y Gabriela”, after which they began performing on the biggest stages of the world - as the headliner of one of the stages of the Glastonbury festival, selling out concerts at the Hollywood Bowl, London's Royal Albert Hall and the Sydney Opera House. The artists also performed at the White House during a special event hosted by Barack Obama for the president and first lady of Mexico. For their album “Mettavolution” released in 2019, they were awarded a GRAMMY statuette, and soon their discography will be enriched by the latest album “OurHome” recorded in Japan.
