Rodrigo y Gabriela

Grammy-winning Mexican guitar duo Rodrigo y Gabriela lays the road past the Pump House on May 4, 2027

Rodrigo y Gabriela is back with OurHome, a bold new album and global tour that invites audiences into a dreamlike universe of monsters, celestial birds, stardust, wild landscapes and the quest for inner calm.

Created in Tokyo, the album is both a love letter to Japan and at the same time a reflection on what it means to find oneself in one's own home. The result is the wildly expressive instrumental music that Rodrigo Sánchez and Gabriela Quintero have made their trademark and lifted to new heights.

For more than two decades, Rodrigo y Gabriela has been pushing the boundaries of acoustic guitar music by uniting classical music, rock, metal and cinematic moods in an expression that is all their own. Since their early days as street musicians on Grafton Street in Dublin, they have won a Grammy for Metabolution, stood at the top of the poster at Glastonbury, among others, and played on iconic stages such as the Hollywood Bowl, Red Rocks Amphitheatre, Royal Albert Hall, Radio City Music Hall and Sydney Opera House.

At OurHome, the duo return to the textural beauty of their acoustic interplay, while expanding their musical universe with guest appearances from Marty Friedman and Hiromi, among others. Rodrigo's lightning-fast lead guitar and Gabriela's hypnotic, rhythmic playing create an immersive journey between stillness, intensity and explosive energy.

For longtime fans and new listeners alike, this is a rare opportunity to experience two masterful musicians at their most adventurous, intimate and powerful level.
