The role of the intestines in building the body's immunity — meeting of the Zabierzów Senior Academy

Zabierzów Senior Academy invites you to an educational meeting dedicated to intestinal health and its importance for the proper functioning of the immune system.

During the lecture, participants will learn about the role of the intestinal microbiota and learn how diet and lifestyle affect the condition of the intestines. Issues related to the balance of the microbiota, the impact of antibiotic therapy on health and the differences between probiotics, prebiotics and synbiotics will also be addressed. There will also be information about the gut-brain axis.

The meeting will end with a presentation of the projection zones of the digestive system on the hands and techniques of self-massage.

The lecture will be conducted by Anna Białecka — Natural Pathways of Health.
