Conversations under the Stage of the Forest Opera guest: Iza Michalewicz

🌿 Conversations under the Stage of the Forest Opera guest: Iza Michalewicz

November 7, 2026 | Saturday | 5:00 PM

🌿 The Club under the Stage in the Forest Opera powered by Energa — once inaccessible to the public, being a meeting place for artists during concerts and festivals — has recently opened to a wider audience. It is here, in the space just below the main stage, that the series “Conversations under the Stage” is realized — meetings with outstanding and inspiring personalities associated with the Forest Opera.

The next meeting in the series “Conversations under the Stage” is a unique opportunity to get to know Iza Michalewicz — a reporter, writer and one of the most important authors of contemporary reportage in Poland.

For more than two decades, she has been associated with the biggest press titles, winner of prestigious awards (including Grand Press), author of bestselling books and pioneer of the popularity of true crime reporting in Poland. Her stories — moving, insightful and often difficult — reveal the behind-the-scenes of human destinies, crimes and emotions that do not allow you to pass by indifferently.

During the meeting, she will talk about her career path, inspirations, behind the scenes of her work as a reporter and stories that will stay with her forever. The meeting will be hosted by Ewa Gil-Kołakowska. ✨

🌿 “Conversations under the Stage” is an invitation to the world of artists — to a space where festival life has been vibrant for years, and which today opens up to the public, offering close, authentic meetings and conversations in an unusual setting.
