The workshop was designed for people who support and accompany others on a daily basis and who sometimes experience emotional and physical overload. It is an opportunity to stop for a moment and focus on yourself: on your own body, your needs and ways to regain balance, energy and sense of agency. Caregivers will learn breathing techniques that facilitate tension reduction. They will also be invited to dance improvisations together. We will use elements of dance and movement therapy and somatic practices (including Laban Bartenieff Movement System), which help to better understand the signals coming from one's own body and regulate the nervous system. We will try to surround ourselves with the same care and attention that we usually give to others. The workshop promotes not only regeneration. By creating an open, friendly space where people with similar experiences meet, it also strengthens the sense of community, which is very necessary in everyday fun
