Dancing families: “Spine” — workshops for families with children 3-5 years old Hanna Bylka-Kanecka

We invite you to a family gathering full of fun and movement.

This time, the focus will be on our spines. We will look at anatomical images and models. We listen to the spine dance that takes place during everyday activities. We will check if the circles have something to tell us, and if so, in what language do they speak? What movement do the different parts of the spine propose? In the classes we will be accompanied by hemp-linen and vegetable-dyed ropes. They will remind us of the sequential nature of the movement of our spines.
