What unites life all over the Earth? What kind of movement is dormant in it? What can nature surprise us and what can it teach us?
During the workshop we will immerse ourselves in the world of twigs, leaves and flowers. Like a growing plant, we will put out the roots, pull our branches towards the sun and let the wind blow our leaves. We will look at shapes, cycles, differences and similarities in the natural world. How fast does a bee's heart beat compared to a whale's heart? How does a person move, and how does a glacier move? We will consider how much support a small sapling needs to grow in a large forest. Through movement and imagination, we will learn how diversity is needed by nature to survive. How “big” needs “small”, and “fast” meets “slow”. We will discover that everything in nature works together to create a multicolored dance in which we also participate.

We recommend wearing a comfortable outfit that will not constrain movements, with the ability to remove socks.
