Dancing Families: Movement workshops for animators, cultural educators and teachers.

Agitated. The practice of movement and relationships”

We present another point of the autumn program as part of Danced Families: the adult edition. This time we invite educational people: animators, teachers, people working in culture, to a two-day movement workshop led by Janusz Orlik. We do not require movement or dance experience. The meeting is practical. The starting point is dance understood as a form of expression and non-verbal communication accessible to all bodies. Through improvisation, choreographic practices and movement games, participants will test tools that they can then use during author's workshops, lessons or educational and artistic projects. The dance will serve to discover one's own creative potential, develop body awareness and freedom in the creative generation and composition of movement.
