Gdańsk is not only a city on the trail of traditions, cultures, people, but also tastes. In the port city, famous for the availability of many goods, it was worth eating and drinking well. But what constituted the contents of the tilted vessel? On October 27, Maciej Badowicz, historian, lecturer and PTTK guide to the Tri-City, will bring us interesting facts about the drinks consumed in Gdańsk from the Middle Ages to the modern times.
Maciej Badowicz — Historian, lecturer and trainer. A graduate of history and economics at the University of Gdańsk. He worked in local government and state cultural institutions. Author of the book A Study of the History of Wine in the State of the Teutonic Order in Prussia of the XIV-XV centuries and articles for scientific periodicals and journals, including Célemy Wieki o amRze Historia. Instructor of PTTK leadership, lecturer in leadership courses at the Department of PTTK Dr. Jerzy Szukalski in Gdańsk. Accredited coach of the WFTGA (Association of the World Federation of Tourist Guides).
