Rusałki, licha, kikimora and other Slavic fears in stories — workshop on making Slavic masks with illustrator Alicja Filiacz | 6. FML

Learn about the beliefs of our ancestors and their ideas about what forces ruled the old everyday life. Referring to Slavic mythology and stories from the book, participants will be able to make their own Slavic creatures and masks in the style of Karaboshka.

The workshop is a great complement to the previous meeting with the author Marta Krajewska.

In the middle of the night and at noon, in the depths of the winter forest and on the banks of a stream, in rock grottoes and under thatches - everywhere and at any time you can meet mysterious creatures of great power, inseparable from nature. Explore the fascinating world of Slavic mythology and become the Guardian of the Talismans! In this meeting we will combine education with fun and competition. An interactive room game will become a wander through the hiding places of Slavic demons: cloudberry, kikimora, lychee, rusalka and meridian.
