Internationally acclaimed Thin Lizzy tribute at Rust

Thin Lizzy tribute band Falling Hazard enjoys great acclaim at home in Denmark, but also abroad, where Sweden and Thin Lizzy's home country, Ireland, have embraced the band. And now the band performs in the heart of Nørrebro in Copenhagen — at the acclaimed venue Rust.

It will happen on Friday, November 27, 2026 at 7:30 p.m.

Danish-Swedish Falling Hazard, which is from Rødovre and played its first concert ten years ago — in January 2016 on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of Phil Lynott's death in 1986, performs regularly and also on larger stages around the country: Amager Bio, Posten i Odense, Lunden i Horsens, Viften i Rødovre, Karosserifabrik i Helsingør and Baltoppen i Ballerup, just as the band performs Several times a year in Sweden. And was in 2025 for the second year in a row invited to give several concerts in Dublin in conjunction with the marking of Thin Lizzy frontman Phil Lynott's birthday in August 2025.

Falling Hazard performs regularly in Sweden — including several times at the renowned Rockbotten in Hälsingborg. The band has additionally given concerts in cities such as Gothenburg, Kristianstad and Karlshamn, has played at Rockgarden, Rock The Pop, at Dacketräffen as well as at the large outdoor touring summer festival Rock The Night in Varberg and Kalmar.

The band also has several original releases behind them. Releases can be found on Spotify and other streaming services.

Falling Hazard released its debut single, the self-composed 'I Lie Not' and the old Lynott hit 'Old Town', on Phil Lynott's 70th birthday in 2019. And on its 75th anniversary in 2025, the band released the single 'Take Me Back', which is written for the rock opera The Warrior, which will be performed in Dublin in 2026.

The release of 'Take Me Back' is the precursor to the band's debut album, consisting entirely of their own compositions — in the style of groovy 70s guitar hard rock. The first two tracks were recorded with producer Søren Andersen in Copenhagen. Falling Hazard also features two tracks on the album IV with Mountain of Power, which was released in late 2020.
