Sandra

On October 13, 2026, Sport Arena Łódź will become the capital of musical memories. Sandra, one of the biggest stars of European pop and an icon of the 80s, will perform on the stage, whose hits have resonated on the charts around the world for decades. The special guest of the concert will be the Swedish singer BOSSON. This is another international event that will enrich the concert offer of Łódź and attract music fans from all over Poland to the city.

Sandra is one of the most popular European pop artists. She gained worldwide fame in the mid-1980s with her song “(I'll Never Be) Maria Magdalena”, which reached the top of the charts in more than 20 countries. Subsequent singles such as “In the Heat of the Night”, “Everlasting Love”, “Secret Land”, “Hi! Hallo! Silav!” and “Hiroshima”, established her position as one of the most important singers of her era.

She began her career as a member of the popular Arabesque trio, however, it was her solo activity that brought her international success. Over the years, she has sold more than 30 million records, and her distinctive voice and synthpop sound have become a symbol of 1980s music.

Sandra's concert is part of a wide range of musical events organized in Łódź. Thanks to the presence of internationally renowned artists, residents of the city have the opportunity to participate in concerts of world stars on site, and Łódź regularly hosts music fans from all over the region.

Sandra's autumn performance will be another opportunity to meet the artist, whose work has been connecting generations of listeners for decades and invariably enjoys popularity in Poland.

An additional highlight will be the performance of BOSSON — a Swedish singer known among others for the international hit “One in a Million”.
