Secrets of the forest | workshops around the book

In October in the Social Library we will meet two publications: “Secrets of the forest” by Grażyna Maternicka and “Rules of behavior in the forest” by Joanna Liszewska.
During the event, participants will learn what to take on a forest trip, what plants can be safely harvested, learn interesting facts about animals, and above all the rules of behavior, because as J. Liszewska writes — “the forest is home to many inhabitants and we are only guests in it”. Other well-known and appreciated books in which the forest plays an important role will also be mentioned.
As part of the creative activities, we will try to create a game scenario in which the main characters are forest dwellers, as well as create our own symbolic tree, reminding of how important a role they play in our lives.
Workshops are creative fun for both families and individual participants of any age.
The workshop will be led by Joanna Łagan — cultural animator.
