Sex for Dummies, Michele Riml

Sex for Dummies is a theatrical hit. It has been performed on the boards of world theaters several hundred times. Always played to the overcompletions of the audience. The play of the Canadian playwright, Michele Riml, has all the qualities of a good comedy: absurdity, brilliant dialogues, good pace and a theme... close to life.

She and He, Henry and Alice. Married at a mature age, with 25 years of experience. They lead a stable and, unfortunately, quite predictable family life. Work, home, work, home, and - and more children. Where in all this there is room, time and desire for the outbursts of passion, for kindling the flame of desire in the already extinguishing fire of conjugal life. Time spent only as a couple in a pleasant, fashionable and, unfortunately, very expensive hotel room can be a lifesaver. Condemned only to themselves, that is, enjoying being only in their company, they decide to fight for the restoration of closeness.

Support is supposed to be “Sex for Dummies”. A guide, a textbook essential in any relationship. Spouses, following the directions in the book, try to look for what else unites them. Will the guidance prescriptions help them save the relationship and rekindle the extinguished passion? Or will it turn out that in love something completely different matters the most?
