Z. Herbert Regional Cultural Centre in Kołobrzeg invites you to a concert by Siema Ziemia.
Siema Ziemia is an electro-acoustic quartet that combines jazz improvisation with electronic music. Their energetic compositions draw on genres such as breakbeat, techno or footwork, creating trance-like, multi-layered sound structures.
The band's music was presented on BBC 6, WorldWide.fm, Polish Radio Dwójka and Czwórka, as well as on Spotify playlists alongside Kamasi Washington and The Comet is Coming.
Siema Ziemia members also won recognition for their original projects, including the Fryderyk award-winning albums “TAXI” by Łona/Koniesny/Krupa and “In Search of Better Tomorrow” by EABS & Jaubi.
They have performed at London Jazz Festival, Warsaw Summer Jazz Days, Soundrive Festival, Amsterdam Dance Event and Jazz Jamboree, as well as at venues such as NFM, NOSPR, Jassmine, Le Periscope (FR) and Bimhuis (NL).
In 2026, Siema Ziemia will release a new album - the result of two years of work on her own musical language, combining composition, improvisation and electronics. During the concert in Kołobrzeg, the band will present, among others, material from the upcoming album.
