Warm and danceable R&B with pop's new big voice: Sira Jovina

Sira Jovina is undoubtedly one of the most original voices on the Danish music scene right now. On October 8, the former VEGA Featured Artist returns to Enghavevej in the biggest headliner of his career at Store VEGA.

With a mix of laid-back cockiness, a tender textual universe and soft, danceable R&B melodies, Sira Jovina has created a distinctive sound. It is both jazzed and popped, allusively relaxed and explosive in its expression. Always warm, melodic and bathed in her distinct vocals and razor-sharp, irresistible flow.

Sira Jovina has repeatedly proved that she is not only a strong poetic lyricist, but also a natural force on the live stage.

Among other things, in January last year she played her first ever live performance. That's for VEGA's Featured 2025 — a showcase where VEGA's bookers select the artists they believe will be the big stars of tomorrow.

“Sira Jovina blows everyone over from the moment she enters the stage,” wrote Politiken's reviewer, who was impressed by the singer's confidence and velvety vocals.

Sira Jovina released in 2024 the EP Min Dröm, Min Alltid and the hit singles “Gi' Mig Lige” and “Oktobernat”. In 2025, the EP Before I Fall followed, which GAFFA honored with five stars. Here the music revolves around close relationships, great emotions and the honest doubts of young adulthood.

With new music in store in 2026 and a string of strong releases behind it, Sira Jovina is on the cusp of her very big breakthrough. The concert at Store VEGA on October 8 is shaping up to be a particularly magical evening.
