Almost 4,000 tickets sold in less than a month from the launch! The Silesian Theatre has prepared the first film history of Przemysław Angerman and Jan Kidawy-Błoński in Poland. The adaptation and direction of the story about Ryśk Riedl was undertaken by Arkadiusz Jakubik. The director initially entrusted the main role to Tomasz Kowalski, selected in the casting, winner of the 4th edition of the program “Must Be The Music”. Since September 2014, the main role has been played by Maciej Lipina, the leader of the band Ścigani.
A dozen actors of the Silesian Theater, a band playing live, the atmosphere of Silesian naive painters and the immortal songs of Dżemu form a moving story about friendship, freedom and love, but above all about the not always winning struggle with oneself.
