Writing Workshop: Using the Visual Arts as Writing

About WorkshopIn this workshop we will write texts using artists such as Georgia O'Keeffe, Karoline Ebbesen, Noah Kanber and Lea Guldditte. Author Sidsel Ana Welden Gajardo will review how we can use techniques, perspective, the bodily sensation and sculptural elements to open up entirely new possibilities in our writing. By presenting a series of works and senses with the whole body and getting away from the static writing position, we return together to the paper with unique images, and a completely different spatial relationship in our texts.

The workshop is an attempt to activate all your senses as a writer and see your texts as a 3-dimensional space.

About TeachersSidsel Ana Welden Gajardo is a writer and visual artist. Among other things, she has published the novel You Are My Legacy in 2023.
