“Sleight of Hand” invites the audience to experience unknown objects, materials and substances with their hands. By combining audio description, tactile design, choreography and an immersive ASMR soundscape, “Sleight of Hand” explores what we can discover when we loosen our grip on the familiar visual world and let our senses wander. Jo Bannon, who was a guest at NO LIMITS in 2019 with two performances, shapes her work with weird humor and a lasting fascination for objects, visual perception and an astonishment at the strangeness of the everyday world.
As part of the NO LIMITS Disability & Performing Arts Festival.
