We invite you to a unique live listening session inspired by Stefan Żeromski's work. As part of the series “Żeromski Readings” we will move to the sea — a space of beauty, power, mystery and extraordinary spiritual energy.

During the event, we will hear fragments of “Wind from the Sea” and “Beauty of Life”, in which the sea becomes not only the background of events, but also a powerful element, affecting a person, his emotions and imagination.

However, this will not be an ordinary reading of literature. The audience will become part of the listening room, co-creating its atmosphere and actively participating in the narration. Together with the actors, we will explore the sounds, rhythms and images hidden in the words of Żeromsky. Participants will also be able to point out other works of the writer, which, in their opinion, show the dramatic and fascinating encounter of man with the element.

Professional actors and sound producers will create live an extraordinary world of literature and acoustic effects. The sound of the waves, the wind, the sounds of the sea and the rhythm of the word will allow you to feel its power with almost all the senses.

An event created with whole families in mind. It combines literature, theatre, sound and common play, and at the same time teaches that the ecology of the seas and oceans is the responsibility of each generation.
