Musician Stefan Pasborg has created SOLO SALON out of the desire to create an evening of sublime and heartfelt artists, cut to the bone, without filter in a solo format with short performances.

About the event

Three artists. Totally close. Only once.

Back in 2019, musician Stefan Pasborg created SOLO SALON out of the desire to create an evening focused on sublime and heartfelt artists, cut to the bone, without filter in a solo format with short performances of about 20-25 minutes. Pasborg knew through her own experiences from many solo concerts that standing alone on stage creates a very special presence between stage and hall. It always gets extra intimate and naked and with particularly high ceilings.

THE SOLOISTS ARE:

Adi Zukanović works as a producer and musician with a special interest in the close and the evocative. Among other things, he has helped shape the sound of APHACA and Oh Land, where the focus is often on the organic and the honest expression. For Solo salon, Adi Zukanović invites the audience into an atmospheric sound universe where synthesizers form the core of a vibrant and changeable expression. Here the music builds up in layers that slowly unfold, balancing between the carefully orchestrated and the emerging spontaneously in the moment.

Astrid Grarup Elbo is a solo dancer at the Royal Ballet. Alongside her ballet career, she has performed at the Betty Nansen Theatre, where her role in 'Bonnie and Clyde' in 2020 earned her the Reumert Prize as 'Dancer of the Year'.
As a choreographer, Astrid examines the dance genre from the inside, trying to break with the stereotypes and roles she is normally expected to fit into. This work culminated in her first major solo performance 'OBJ (E) JET', which played to sold-out halls at Blaagaard Teater in 2026.

Johannes Lilleøre has worked as an actor for 25 years in theatre, film and television. Alongside acting, he has written plays and novels. In 2023 he received a Reumert as 'Playwright of the Year' for the performance The Cannibal. His artistic work often moves between the realistic and the staggered, with a special interest in the relationships of people, the unsaid and what lies next to the other.

SOLO SALON takes place on the lobby stage of REPUBLIQUE and here you get up close and experience the artists at the front line of creation. You stand with a beer in your hand and feel very privileged to witness the chaos and beauty of the moment. There are a few meters between you and the artists and you feel that this is the moment we live.
