Among the invited artists were Katarzyna Groniec, Skubas, Nina Sojka — granddaughter of Stanisław Soyka — and Stasiek Kukulski. They represent different generations and musical styles, thanks to which familiar compositions will acquire new, personal interpretations.

The history of Stanisław Soyka's collaboration with the Grott Orchestra began in 2020. Founded by siblings Kama Grott-Tomaszek and Michał Grott, the band accompanied the artist on stages throughout Poland for five years. The result of this collaboration was the project “Soul”, combining the jazz sensibility of Soyka with the chamber sound of the orchestra.

During the concert we will hear both timeless hits such as “Tolerance (Na miły Bog)”, “The Miracle of Memory” or “There are things in this world”, as well as lesser-known songs from the artist's rich oeuvre. All of them will sound in the original arrangements of Michał Grotto, the musical project manager.

When Stanisław Soyka spoke about his album “In homage to the Master”, dedicated to the work of Czesław Niemen, he stressed that beautiful songs should not remain forgotten — they should continue to be sung and played live.
Today, the Grott Orchestra, together with invited soloists, takes up the same idea, this time reaching for the work of Stanisław Soyka himself.

“SOYKA /GROTT ORCHESTRA — in tribute to the Master” is a musical meeting full of memories and emotions, and above all an expression of gratitude for the work that invariably moves listeners and inspires subsequent generations.
